Delivery charges
Shipping is priced on the parcel's actual WEIGHT, never on the value of your basket. Here is the table in force, band by band — the one checkout applies, and the amount is shown before you confirm anything.
| Parcel weight | Shipping charge |
|---|---|
| 0 kg – 1,2 kg | 4,99 € |
| 1,2 kg – 4,2 kg | 7,99 € |
| 4,2 kg – 8,8 kg | 12,99 € |
| 8,8 kg – 29 kg | 24,99 € |
| 29 kg – 40 kg | 29,99 € |
| 40 kg – 60 kg | 39,99 € |
| Over 60 kg | On quotation |
How shipping is priced
The shipping weight of every item is added up, then the parcel is charged at the band it falls into. A basket too heavy for one parcel ships in several, each charged at its own band — which is what really happens: a machine in parts travels in two boxes.
Beyond the last band
A single item heavier than the last band cannot be split in two: a chair stays a chair. Such a shipment leaves the standard rate and is quoted individually. The basket says so before payment, rather than taking a shipping fee that would not cover the carrier.
Return postage
Return postage does not follow this table: the table prices the trip to you. Who pays for sending an item back depends on the reason for the return, and the Returns and refunds page sets it out.
