Under 500 €, this ranking's index weighs the GPU tier first, then video memory — the deciding criterion at 1440p — and finally the boost clock. Price is never used as a proxy for performance: an expensive but poorly positioned card stays poorly ranked. Only in-stock cards enter the ranking, re-evaluated at every visit.
Limitations to keep in mind
This technical index does not replace an FPS bench: depending on the game, the resolution and the CPU paired with the card, the real order can shift by a place or two.
